No refunds, exchanges or returns are accepted for any original artwork or print.
If a piece is damaged through the shipping process, please take photos of the damaged art and box from every angle as soon as the art arrives.
Returns will only be considered for damaged goods if we hear from you within 24 hours of delivery.
Please save all packaging materials so that you can repackage the art to ship back to us should the return be approved,
We will accept no returns without contacting us and getting approval prior to returning.
It may take up to 2 business cycles for a return to show on your CC.
Pick Up is available in NYC (Manhattan) or Wyomissing, PA, depending on the specific painting. Please use the Contact form to inquire.
All Small Art will be shipped via Fed Ex or UPS Ground. Shipping and Handling fee is $50 to the Continental US. All Portrait and Landscape over 48” will be shipped via ART Handler. Price to be determined based on specific piece and destination. We do not offer International Shipping at the moment.
