Full Circle Energy — Honoring the Past, Marking What’s Next

02/20/2026, New York City
I’m still taking in the energy from the opening of my 20-Year Retrospective at The GoggleWorks Center for the Arts.

FULLCIRCLE ENERGY

I’m still taking in the energy from the opening of my 20-YearRetrospective at The GoggleWorks Center for the Arts. To see two decades of my work gathered in one space —paintings spanning emotional chapters, life transitions, stylistic shifts, andpersonal evolution — was deeply meaningful. What made the evening even morespecial was sharing it with such a beautiful crowd of friends, collectors, fellow artists, and longtime supporters of my journey.
There’s something surreal about standing in a room whereyour past and present coexist on the walls… moments of risk, courage, confusion, and expansion — all translated through color and gesture.
If you weren’t able to attend the opening, the exhibitionremains on view to the public through March 15th. I would love foryou to experience it in person.

The VeryNext Day — Gesture

The momentum continued immediately.
The very next day, I taught the first art workshop of 2026— a packed class centered on The Gesture, the foundational languageof abstract art.
We explored mark-making as movement, emotion, and instinct— loosening control and allowing the body to lead the brush.
A powerful reminder that before style… before composition…abstraction begins with a single honest mark.

UpcomingWorkshop - BuildingYour Own Color Story

The next art workshop is coming up soon — and this one isgoing to be incredibly fun.
In this session, we’ll explore how color shapes mood, energy, and visual impact within abstract painting — and how to build a palettethat feels personal and expressive.
Color isn’t decoration… it’s communication. It impacts everything.

Only 6 coveted spots are available for this class.
If you’ve been wanting to join a workshop, this is a beautiful one to step into.

LATELY, I’VE BEEN THINKING…

“Having the opportunity to speak with guests at the opening about the evolution of the work over the past twenty years felt like a meaningful way to honor my process and my history… while also setting me free for what’s ready to come next.”.

Until next time,
